Creating this brand together: OF course, I want a brand that is well known, But I don't want a brand that everyone has access to. If I wanted that I would be selling on FashionGO. We are creating a brand people love and rely on. As a retail shop and previous boutique owner myself, I promise to never sale for less then what I require from you! I will follow the same rules and regulations to keep us all consistent and profitable.

Developing a strong relationship with my wholesale boutiques is important to me. I want to celebrate and support you as a boutique by helping with shipping and kickbacks and support.

Rules and Regulations

MSRP on the ADULT women's hoodie is $49.99, KIDS are $35. As the product lines are added the MSRP will be set and you will be notified.
All distributors are recommended to sell at our at MSRP. However promotions can run for NO more than 35% off the MSRP (like pre-order events/Flash sales) It's your Margins, However, you cannot hold product pricing at this discount level it is meant to be a limited and temporary price promotion.
Standard Everyday promotions cannot be greater than a discount of 25% off.
You may not sale on discount, deal or sale sites unless the design is your exclusive design and you have written permission prior to selling.
You May discount or clearance once product has been physically in store longer than 4 months. Understanding that sales are stronger during specific sale seasons. This excludes Pre-sale time frames and calendar starts once 1st order product has arrived in your shop.
reorders will go off 1st shipment arrival date. We encourage you to keep the clearance price no lower then the wholesale price.
Violation of Rules and Regulations can lead to suspension or cancellation of accounts.
We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time without notification
Our photos are available for use in promoting the 7degrees brand, products, and your store as long as your account is open and in good
You cannot resale our product to any unauthorized boutiques/shops shop site at a wholesale or discounted price.
Each Woman’s style has a min purchase of 6pcs and then will go to Open stock as we have available. Each Kids style has a min purchase of 8pcs and then will go to Open stock as we have available.
7degrees will offer directly to consumer sales on our website, however, we will never sell for less than the authorized promotions. We will never undercut you as a wholesaler and follow the same rules.
We will provide an authorized dealer page on our website with links/access/locations to your Shop listed by state for active Brick and Mortar wholesale accounts only.
One order every 2 months or at product release, whichever is less would be required to be considered "active" to remain active for B&M wholesale accounts. Min Quantity required to order will be adjusted based on location and demographics. Assume the amount is 6pcs unless otherwise Discussed.
Active Brick and Mortars accounts will be offered a limited *50 miles radius from other Brick and Mortar accounts but this rule can be adjusted determined by several factors. Like but not limited to area demographics, Door to door distance, ability and access between boutiques. I will always consider all options and get as much information as I can. Understanding that we are growing a brand and keeping active accounts is very much a part of this. If your account is not active and another boutique request placement you may loose your spot.
